Financial Results

Upon receiving a request from any shareholder or bondholder of Mynd.ai who wishes to receive a hard copy of the Company’s complete audited financial statements, the Company will furnish such audited financial statements free of charge.  Such request may either be directed to Mynd.ai, Inc., 701 5^th Avenue, Suite 5000, Seattle, WA 98104, Attn: General Counsel or to investorrelations@mynd.ai.
