Financial Results

Upon receiving a request from any shareholder or bondholder of Mynd.ai who wishes to receive a hard copy of the Company’s complete audited financial statements, the Company will furnish such audited financial statements free of charge.  Such request may either be directed to Mynd.ai, Inc., Mynd.ai, Inc., 4550 North Point Parkway, Suite 370, Alpharetta, GA 30022, Attn: General Counsel or to investorrelations@mynd.ai.
